Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting is required or preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across listening, speaking, and writing.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
• Timely and accurate premium tracking for clients.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and support RFPs and client prospects.
• Participate in internal training and communications.
