Job summary

Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support a portfolio of captive clients within the Global Captive Solutions Team. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting and strong analytical and communication skills are preferred.

This role offers hybrid work from any Hylant office location or 100% remote. Responsibilities include timely billing, premium tracking, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with others.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
• Timely and accurate premium tracking for clients.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and support RFP/client prospect presentations.
• Support internal training and communications.
