This hybrid/remote role allows work from any Hylant office location or 100% remote, offering collaboration with captive professionals and opportunities to support billing, premium tracking, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Strong analytical abilities and initiative.
• Internship in captive industry or CPA firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
• Track premiums accurately for clients.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to maintain compliance for the captive entity.
• Manage portfolio with competing deadlines and strong time management.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and support RFPs and client prospects.
• Support internal training and communications.
