Job summary

Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support a portfolio of captive clients and work with the Global Captive Solutions Team. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting is preferred, with strong communication and analytical skills.

The role supports hybrid or 100% remote work, focusing on timely billing, premium tracking, and client communication to ensure regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting.
• Internship in captive industry or CPA firm is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support management of a portfolio of captive clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and premium tracking.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to stay compliant.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and share observations for improvement.
• Support RFPs, client prospect presentations and training.
