Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to support a portfolio of captive clients within the Global Captive Solutions Team. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting, plus strong communication and analytical skills, helps you excel in this role.

The position offers hybrid work from any Hylant office location or 100% remote, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and deliver compliant, timely billing and premium tracking for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Team player with initiative and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Internship in captive industry or CPA firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Billings for management and consulting performed timely and accurately.
• Track premiums accurately for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and support RFP/client prospect presentations.
• Provide internal training and clear communications.
