• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.

• Experience in captive/CV or CPA environment is a plus.

• Timely and accurate billing for management and consulting.
• Timely and accurate premium tracking for clients.
• Effective communication with clients and service providers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Strong time management to manage a portfolio of captive clients with competing deadlines.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and support RFP and client prospect presentations.
