Job summary

Chi-Chack LLC seeks a Program Lead for the Capstone Exercise at the DIA Joint Military Attache School (JMAS). You will oversee high-quality training, supervise contractor personnel, and ensure contract compliance in a dynamic defense-education environment.

Responsibilities include serving as project lead, coordinating with government and external agencies, and supporting accreditation activities with COE/IACET/ACE as needed. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Ten years of experience in the Department of War environment.
• Two years experience as a JMAS instructor.
• Demonstrated experience in an educational or training context with an emphasis on adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of all personnel on the task and act as a conduit between the off-site program manager and the government.
• Serve as Project Lead, Capstone Exercise Lead, and instructor for lesson blocks; coordinate with outside agencies and schedule meetings/trainings.
• Oversee scheduling for the ATP capstone exercise including Advance Team operations, Training Week, and Exercise Week; liaise with the Program Manager on personnel assignments.
• Ensure contractor personnel are aware of the communications chain for work hours, leave, and other personnel issues.
• Raise performance issues to the COR and ensure contract compliance and proper escalation.
