Job summary

Armada LTD seeks an experienced Attache Training Program Instructor to lead instructional delivery across the Defense Attache Service topics. You will design lessons, publish materials, and present to JMAS students while coordinating guest lecturers and ensuring standards are met.

You will also evaluate student performance, maintain detailed records, and mentor learners, serving as course director when required. Occasional off-site support and accreditation activities are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Department of Defense environments.
• At least one complete tour as Attache or Defense Liaison Officer/Assistant Defense Attache.
• MBTI certification or proficiency.
• Active currency as EQ-i2.0 & 360 practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Instruct ATP with authority over Defense Attache Service topics.
• Design, publish and present instructional lessons for JMAS students.
• Coordinate guest lecturers meeting JMAS standards.
• Serve as Seminar Directors, evaluate student work and provide feedback.
• Maintain student records per SOPs.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to JMAS students.
• Coordinate with exercise role players and faculty before iterations.
• Provide after-action reviews within 24 hours of off-site exercises.
