Job summary

Chi-Chack LLC seeks a Spouse Training Program Instructor for the Joint Military Attache School (JMAS) at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, VA. The role designs, publishes and presents instructional lessons aligned with SOPs and program standards.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least five years in federal government environments, and experience in educational settings with adults. Travel may be required, and duties include accreditation support and coordination with partner

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in federal government environments.
Demonstrated experience in an educational or training context with an emphasis on adult learning.

Responsibilities

Instruct with authority over Defense Attaché Service topics and coordinate guest lecturers.
Design, publish and present lessons per JMAS SOPs and program standards.
Provide coaching and mentoring to JMAS students on spouse roles and concerns.
Serve as Course Director to administer, evaluate, and manage blocks of instruction when designated.
Coordinate with external agencies and keep contact information up to date for lessons and exercises.
Review, adjust and finalize educational materials before each class iteration.
Plan and execute STP collaborations and feedback with COR and supervisors.
