Job summary

Chi-Chack LLC seeks an Attache Training Program Instructor for the Joint Military Attache School (JMAS) at Joint Base Anacostia–Bolling, VA. This full-time role requires leadership of instructional blocks, coordination of guest lecturers, and ensuring material compliance with SOPs.

On-site duties include mentoring, course directing when needed, and supporting accreditation efforts. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in a War environment, and extensive experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of experience in the Department of War environment.
• Demonstrated experience in an educational or training context with emphasis on adult learning.
• MBTI or EQ-i2.0 & 360 certification maintained or current.
• Experience with Foreign Affairs agencies (State, USAID, intelligence).
• Knowledge of embassy operations overseas and cross-cultural exposure.

Responsibilities

• Instruct with authority over the full range of Defense Attaché Service topics.
• Design, publish and present lessons; coordinate guest lecturers and ensure materials meet standards.
• Serve as Seminar Directors: evaluate student work, document performance, provide feedback, maintain records.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to JMAS students on technical and interpersonal skills.
• Serve as Course Directors, when designated, to administer and manage instruction blocks.
• Act as Primary Points of Contact for off-site exercises and coordinate with outside agencies.
• Review and adjust exercise materials before each class; coordinate with Role Players and faculty for feedback.
• Conduct faculty after-action review within 24 hours of end of off-site exercises.
• Maintain the exercise folder per policy; support accreditation activities.
