Job summary

The University of Georgia’s College of Engineering seeks a full-time Capstone Design Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of the Capstone program and the Capstone Design Showcase.

Under the supervision of the Director of Experiential Programs and Student Success Assessment, the coordinator will maintain program functions, coordinate with students, faculty, and project sponsors, and support students throughout their capstone experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Experience in outreach activities, program planning, student services and/or experiential learning.
• Experience with USG/UGA systems/software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Capstone Design Program.
• Coordinate with students, faculty, and project sponsors to support capstone projects.
• Plan and execute Capstone Design Showcase and related events.
• Assist with partner engagement and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain program records, reports, and data in EduSourced and other campus tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications for program materials and communications.
