• Focus on capital allocation frameworks and methodology for CIB.
• Drive consistency in financial resource allocations across the firm, product segment, regional, and client levels.
• Assist in routine and ad-hoc reviews of business-level returns on capital-consuming activities – as measured through ROE and returns on other resource constraints.
• Develop understanding of current and future regulatory rule changes (e.g. Basel 3 Endgame) and evaluate mitigation strategies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support and improve business tools with real-time insight on total client value.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and increase foundational knowledge of CIB businesses.
