Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering as listed.
• 15+ years of project execution experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, or other high hazard industries.
• Demonstrated experience leading capital project execution with strong change management, coordination, and cross-functional integration capabilities.
• Track record of reliable delivery in a capital project environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and site stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to deliver under challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead site capital project execution from FEL through closeout.
• Coordinate DSP development and project sanctioning.
• Lead site stakeholder touchpoints and manage budgets and schedules.
• Drive risk management and change control with appropriate escalation.
• Ensure alignment with approved plans and company standards on the site.
