Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects with focus on safety, productivity, and stage-gate execution. The position involves coordinating across engineering, procurement, safety and operations, reporting to Site Capital Projects and occasional travel to Houston-area sites.

Qualified candidates typically hold a BS in engineering and 15+ years petrochemical experience, including 8+ years in stage-gate capital projects.

Qualifications

• BS degree in chemical, civil, electrical or mechanical engineering preferred or 15+ years of relevant experience in petrochemical/refining and 8+ years in stage-gate capital execution.
• Familiarity with industry standards (NFPA, IEEE, ANSI, ISA, PIP, ASME).
• PE and/or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety leadership and INEOS 20 Principles in project execution.
• Develop and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver portfolio projects.
• Ensure compliance with capital project stage-gate processes and cost control.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and contractors to meet scope and schedule.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and change management.
• Facilitate turnover of new installations to operations and commissioning.
