Job summary

INEOS is seeking a Capital Projects Site Manager for the Alvin, TX site. The role leads the site capital project portfolio from FEL through handover, ensuring adherence to company standards, project controls, and SHE requirements.

The position reports to the Project Execution Manager and requires extensive experience in multi-disciplinary project delivery. The role is hybrid in Alvin, TX and offers an $162,000-200,000 range commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, chemical engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of capital project execution experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or related high-hazard industries.
• Proven track record delivering capital projects with strong change management and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience coordinating with engineering design houses, EPC contractors, and construction services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project execution at the site from feasibility through closeout.
• Ensure compliance with project controls, safety, and company standards.
• Drive DSP development, risk assessments, and sanctioning processes.
• Lead site planning inputs for future capital projects.
• Develop and mentor site project management and construction resources.
• Maintain robust change management, budget alignment, and stakeholder communications.
