• Review construction and real estate processes for improvement opportunities.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for compliance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork, collect data, perform site visits, and document findings.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, and clients.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition, aligning with business goals.
