Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in construction management, real estate advisory, capital projects consulting, or related fields

Responsibilities

Conduct construction and real estate reviews, controls, and compliance to identify improvement opportunities.
Assess construction contracts, real estate lease agreements, and capital project performance for compliance and best practices.
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
Lead fieldwork activities: data collection, site visits, interviews, and documentation; deliver reports and client presentations.
Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to support oversight and risk mitigation.
Support clients through the real estate and capital project lifecycle, aligning with strategic objectives.
