Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of real estate services and management of real property and consultants including land acquisition agents, appraisers, surveyors and legal counsel.
• Negotiate settlements and manage right-of-way, easements, and related agreements.
• Develop and execute project schedules and coordinate consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and laws governing property transactions and capital programs.
• Interact with various city departments and external entities to facilitate property acquisitions and dispositions.
