Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate or closely related field.
• Four years real estate or closely related experience.
• Licensure or certification in real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of real estate services and management of property and consultants.
• Negotiate settlements with appraisers, title companies, attorneys, and ROW contractors.
• Develop city-wide policies and standards for right-of-way, property transactions, and appraisals.
• Coordinate with general counsel, city departments and external agencies on property matters.
• Attend development meetings to discuss easements and project impacts.
