You will drive cross-agency planning, set milestones, and facilitate briefs for the Deputy Mayor. Excellent communication and independent work style required in a dynamic municipal environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the Deputy Mayor for Operations and capital project teams across City agencies.
• Support strategic planning and execution for large-scale infrastructure projects across five boroughs.
• Facilitate interagency coordination, set timelines, and review capital improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with standards and governance across projects.
• Monitor best practices and provide policy and operational recommendations for major capital projects.
• Support neighborhood planning initiatives through infrastructure project delivery.
• Coordinate Deputy Mayor briefings, materials, and calendar as needed.
• Participate in meetings to ensure appropriate follow-up and action items.
• Develop and facilitate systems for City Hall coordination across Deputy Mayor teams.
