Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our team in the United States. The role performs end-to-end integrated schedule development for major capital projects, collaborating with engineering, construction, cost engineering, and project management to ensure timely, within-scope delivery.

The position requires 5+ years of heavy industrial scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera P6, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience.
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks and initiate changes quickly.
• Ability to interact with and influence people at all levels within and outside Chemours.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, detail, and coordination.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with project plans.
• Establish and track key schedule metrics and benchmarks.
• Evaluate schedules for feasibility and competitiveness throughout the lifecycle.
• Determine resource loading and highlight critical constraints.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and mitigation recommendations.
• Lead schedule review/status meetings and deliver regular updates.
