Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Sr. Capital Planning Manager to own the full lifecycle from facility assessments and cost estimates through annual and 3-5 year capital plans for PD, PE and QC. The role spans multiple sites and time zones, delivering strong client service and account growth.

Hybrid work options available (Thousand Oaks, CA or Cambridge, MA preferred). 5+ years of relevant experience and advanced skills in Excel, Smartsheet, Maximo, Power BI and related tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years leading portfolios, programs and projects.
• Strong project management and multi-project prioritization.
• Working knowledge of lab and facility systems (HVAC, electrical, gases).
• Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, Maximo, Power BI, and MS Office/Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Smartsheet database updates across PD, PE, QC portfolios.
• Create and manage facility assessment schedules and capital cost estimates.
• Lead annual, 1-year and 2-year rolling capital plans.
• Coordinate across sites and serve as main PD/PE/QC contact with stakeholders.
