Domain: Pharmaceutical / Regulated Manufacturing - Leading Pharmaceutical Client

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the global rollout of advanced planning solutions across a complex manufacturing network, covering both production and laboratory operations.

You will act as the business owner for planning capabilities, ensuring that planning systems are effectively deployed and adopted and deliver measurable improvements in service levels, efficiency, and operational performance.

Working closely with site planning teams, supply chain leadership, IT, and external vendors, you will play a critical role in strengthening planning maturity as part of a wider transformation agenda.

What You Will Do

• Lead global deployment of advanced planning tools across manufacturing and laboratory environments
• Drive business-side implementation of production scheduling, capacity planning, and lab planning processes
• Act as the primary business lead and SME for planning across multiple sites
• Translate operational requirements into practical system capabilities
• Partner with IT and vendors to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery
• Support full deployment lifecycle, including requirements, testing, training, and hypercare
• Champion adoption of standardised planning processes and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in planning capabilities and performance
• Contribute to the global roadmap for future-state planning capability

What We’re Looking

• For 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or supply chain planning
• Strong background in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or similar)
• Proven experience supporting or leading multi-site planning system deployments
• Deep expertise in production planning, capacity planning, and supply-demand balancing
• Experience integrating manufacturing and laboratory planning processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement across operations, IT, and senior leadership
• Experience with planning tools such as OMP (strong preference), SAP, Kinaxis, o9, or similar
• Track record of driving adoption and change within operational teams
• Experience working across global manufacturing networks
