Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Capital Markets Resource Attorney in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on enhancing marketing and business development efforts, sharing substantive know-how, and enabling attorneys to be more informed and successful.

The attorney will stay current on capital markets developments, prepare client alerts, maintain resources, coordinate events, and collaborate with Marketing and IT to implement new tools and forms.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with a focus on capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to develop client alerts, white papers, and know-how materials.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Capital Markets practice group.
• Develop topics for and assist in the preparation of client alerts and white papers.
• Maintain internal practice resources to enhance know-how exchange within the practice group.
• Create and update archives of work product and know-how.
• Coordinate speaking arrangements, webinars, and materials.
• Maintain and update forms and templates to reflect current legal developments.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance Capital Markets branding and presence.
• Assist Marketing with responses to RFPs and business development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Professional Development for skills enhancement and training.
• Work with Information Services to develop and support new technological solutions.
