BCG Attorney Search in New York, NY seeks a Capital Markets Resource Attorney to enhance marketing, develop know-how, and empower practicing attorneys with current guidance. The role requires strong regulatory insight and collaborative skills.

You will stay current on capital markets developments, help prepare client alerts, maintain internal resources, coordinate events, and update forms. A JD and 5+ years in capital markets are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Capital Markets practice group.
• Develop topics for and assist in the preparation of client alerts and white papers.
• Maintain internal practice resources to enhance know-how exchange within the practice group.
• Create and update archives of work product and know-how.
• Coordinate speaking arrangements, webinars, and materials.
• Maintain and update forms and templates to reflect current legal developments.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance the Capital Markets branding and presence.
• Provide information to Marketing for business development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Professional Development for skills enhancement and training.
• Work with Information Services to develop and support new technological solutions.
