Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Capital Markets Resource Attorney in Boston, MA. The role focuses on enhancing marketing and business development efforts, strengthening the creation and sharing of substantive know-how, and enabling practicing attorneys to be more informed, efficient, and successful.

The attorney will not work directly for firm clients or bill time, but will coordinate with the Capital Markets team to support transactional practice and knowledge resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Capital Markets practice group.
• Develop topics for and assist in the preparation of client alerts, white papers, and external-facing tools.
• Maintain internal practice resources to enhance know-how exchange within the practice group.
• Create and update archives of work product and know-how.
• Assist with coordination of speaking engagements, webinars, and materials.
• Maintain and update forms and templates to reflect current legal developments.
• Work with Marketing to formulate and execute on Capital Markets branding and presence.
• Coordinate with Professional Development to enhance skills development and firmwide training.
• Coordinate with Information Services to assess and support adoption of new technologies.
