BCG Attorney Search in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Capital Markets Resource Attorney with at least five years of experience to support marketing, know-how sharing, and client service. The role emphasizes staying current on evolving legal and regulatory developments and enabling practicing attorneys to perform more efficiently.

You will develop client alerts, maintain internal resources, coordinate speaking engagements, and collaborate with Marketing, Professional Development, and Information

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of capital markets experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.
• JD degree required; bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Capital Markets practice group.
• Develop topics for and assist in the preparation of client alerts and white papers.
• Maintain internal practice resources to enhance knowledge exchange within the group.
• Create and update archives of work product and know-how.
• Coordinate speaking arrangements, webinars, and materials.
• Maintain and update forms and templates to reflect current legal developments.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance the firm's Capital Markets branding.
