The role emphasizes staying current on regulatory changes, governance issues, and drafting high-quality materials for external use, while collaborating across departments to deliver efficient service.

Qualificações

• Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years in representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and drafting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Keep current on legal and regulatory developments relevant to Capital Markets.
• Develop client alerts, white papers and external-facing tools.
• Maintain internal practice resources and know-how within Capital Markets.
• Coordinate forms and templates reflecting current developments.
• Assist Marketing with branding and responses to RFPs and business development.
• Coordinate with Professional Development for skills training.
