Cooley LLP seeks a Capital Markets Resource Attorney in New York to support the Capital Markets practice by tracking regulatory developments, preparing client alerts and internal resources, and coordinating education and external materials. This role bridges practice and marketing to enhance the firm’s market position.

The successful candidate will be a licensed attorney with at least 5 years in capital markets transactions, governance and SEC reporting, and a collaborative, detail-oriented

Qualifikationen

• Must be a licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.

Aufgaben

• Keeping current on regulatory developments relevant to the Capital Markets practice.
• Developing client alerts, white papers and external-facing tools.
• Maintaining internal practice resources and archives of know-how.
• Coordinating speaking engagements, webinars and materials.
• Updating forms and templates reflecting current developments.
• Working with Marketing to support Capital Markets branding and proposals.
• Collaborating with Professional Development and IT to advance skills and adopt new tools.
