Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Capital Markets Financial Analysis Hub (EDSF) to lead the CMFA Hub in delivering high-quality financial analysis for brokerage across the Americas. The role directs analysts, ensures rigorous quality control, and partners with EDSF brokers to optimize service delivery.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of equity/debt/structured finance analysis, CRE experience, and a proven track record in team leadership and process improvement.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance financial analysis and underwriting modeling experience; CRE experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, etc.) strongly preferred; Masters, MBA, CPA a plus.
- Experience leading teams and developing financial analysts; execution and training exposure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of strategic insights to CMFA brokers and support teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality analysis and timely deliverables.
- Monitor workflows, identify training needs, and implement improvements.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop analysts on investment memoranda and financial documents.
- Develop standardized onboarding and training materials for CMFA analysts.
- Collaborate with brokers and leadership to standardize processes and drive efficiency.
- Champion use of automation and AI in core workflows and reporting.
