Job summary

The Capital Markets Financial Analyst (CMFA) hub at Cushman & Wakefield will support valuation modeling, market analysis, and lease data abstractions for office and retail transactions. Based in Morristown, NJ, this on-site role requires strong Excel/Argus skills and the ability to work with senior team members to deliver high-quality financial analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of financial analysis/modeling experience in Capital Markets or real estate.
• Experience with Argus and Excel discounted cash flow models required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support broker financial analysis and modeling requests.
• Prepare pro forma statements, DCF analyses and Excel-based models considering market conditions.
• Review leases to extract key data points and identify gaps or issues.
• Conduct market research and synthesize findings in clear summaries.
