Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance group seeks a CMFA Hub Manager to lead day-to-day analytics delivery, oversee a team of financial analysts, and ensure high-quality support for brokers across the Americas. The role emphasizes standardizing workflows, mentorship, and implementing automation and AI-enhanced analysis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance financial analysis and underwriting modeling experience.
• Commercial Real Estate experience required; Capital Markets experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams and contributing to professional development of analysts.
• Prior management oversight with direct reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of strategic insights to EDSF brokers and refine analyses for value-add insights.
• Collaborate with brokers and leadership to ensure an exceptional broker experience.
• Monitor workflows, identify training needs, and implement process improvements.
• Lead and develop analysts in investment memos and debt/equity underwriting across the capital stack.
• Develop standardized workflow processes and drive automation and analytics support.
• Partner with technology teams to implement automation and BI tools; champion AI adoption.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics

MBA or CPA is a plus
