Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Capital Markets Financial Analyst to support a top New York-based fee-earning team in the ED&SF group. The analyst will prepare detailed financial analyses, develop offerings, create marketing materials, and help automate workflows using AI tools to improve efficiency and sourcing.

On-site at 1290 Avenue of the Americas, NY, NY, with some travel and late hours. The ideal candidate has a background in financial analysis, strong writing skills, and a drive to grow

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Argus is a plus.
• Proven ability to build, analyze, and summarize complex financial models in Excel and Argus.
• Experience with AI tools and data platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare debt and/or equity offering memoranda with financial projections, market nuances, and tenant analysis.
• Manage graphic design workflow for memoranda, including tables, graphs, and technical summaries.
• Prepare debt sizings to determine financing options for clients.
• Create financial models in Excel and Argus outlining valuation and pricing structures.
• Gather and evaluate due diligence information and ensure timely responses.
• Produce pro forma statements reflecting historical and projected cash flows.
