Cushman & Wakefield seeks a CMFA Hub Manager to lead the Capital Markets Financial Analysis Hub, overseeing financial analysis for EDSF brokerage services across Americas. You will guide analysts, ensure quality deliverables, and drive standardized workflows while collaborating with brokers and stakeholders.

The role requires 7+ years in equity, debt, and structured finance, with strong real estate experience. On-site in major markets and a focus on continuous improvement and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Economics preferred; advanced degrees a plus.
• 7+ years in Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance financial analysis and underwriting modeling.
• Commercial Real Estate experience required; Capital Markets experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams and developing analysts; prior management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of strategic insights to CMFA brokers based on analysis findings.
• Monitor workflows and identify training needs and productivity improvements.
• Lead and develop analysts on investment memoranda and due diligence processes.
• Develop training materials to standardize onboarding and ongoing development.
• Create standardized workflows and guide process improvements across the hub.
• Collaborate with tech partners to implement automation (Salesforce, Argus, Power BI).
• Champion AI adoption and integrate tools into daily workflow.
• Manage day-to-day operations and supervise direct reports with quality reviews.
