Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including 1 year direct client contact.
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships, making appropriate recommendations for routine internal business activities.
• Assist account representatives in revenue-generating activities by providing recommendations and preparing documents for meetings.
• Foster client relationships, serving as primary contact and addressing requests promptly.
• Coordinate with internal and external service partners to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Develop industry knowledge and stay current on market developments related to the line of business.
