This role partners with practice leadership and senior stakeholders to develop and execute business development strategies, identify opportunities, and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy: Lead the development and execution of strategic BD plans for the Capital Markets team.
• Drive client engagement by strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities across practices.
• Oversee creation of pitches, RFPs, presentations, capability statements to showcase the firm’s strengths.
• Leverage market intelligence and performance data to advise leadership and prioritize initiatives.
• Guide thought leadership and integrated marketing to raise market visibility.
