Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of increasing responsibility in construction project management.
• Knowledge of real estate practices, project management, vertical construction, budgeting, and contracting.
• Experience with Design/Bid/Build, Design/Build, and construction management approaches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for Capital Improvement Plans.
• Lead budget estimates and 5-year CIP planning.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and city departments.
• Oversee bid processes, contract negotiations, and change orders.
• Chairs progress meetings and prepares management reports.
