Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of civil engineering design, construction, inspection, or maintenance experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of OHSA regulations and city policies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Capital Improvement Project sites for compliance.
• Review proposed construction plans and provide written comments.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain records.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
• Meet with contractors to review progress.
• Ensure proper safety and traffic control procedures.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and coordinate schedules.
