You will advise senior leadership, align programs with the CIP, supervise project activities, and coordinate with Budget Office on budgeting and funding strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years in capital budgeting or planning, 2 in lead role.
• Master's degree + 3 years lead/supervisory experience may substitute.
• Licenses: none.

Responsibilities

• Advise Division Manager, Department Director, and City Management on CIP issues and status.
• Coordinate development and implementation of integrated capital improvement plans.
• Align departmental programs with the City CIP and resolve issues.
• Monitor implementation of City and departmental CIP.
• Conduct presentations as representative for division/City management.
• Coordinate planning of general obligation bond programs.
• Develop and evaluate project plans, scopes, and timelines.
• Develop policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Budget Office on planning and budgeting.
• Provide technical assistance to city management, departments, and the public.
