Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading CIP and Project Controls teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct capital delivery services, staffing, and performance standards.
• Coordinate capital delivery activities with other departments and external agencies.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial management for the department.
• Represent the department at City Council meetings and with stakeholders.
