As a Capital Equipment Sales Engineer at Delval Equipment, you will drive new business growth by serving as a trusted technical resource for commercial and industrial boiler systems, hydronic equipment, controls, and related plant equipment. This role is built for someone who can quickly establish technical credibility, understand complex customer needs, manage a long and often highly technical sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, facility managers, owners, and other key decision-makers.
You’ll develop deep knowledge of boiler systems, hydronic equipment, and combustion controls, backed by one of the most experienced technical teams in the industry.
Every customer project is different. The work requires genuine technical curiosity and the ability to translate complex system requirements into solutions that actually get specified and sold.
Delval invests in the people who invest in the work — through structured training, manufacturer programs, and mentorship from experienced colleagues.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal engineering and service teams who are embedded in the same markets you’re building.
