What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside experienced Service Technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial boiler systems, burners, controls, and related equipment.

  • Learn to perform boiler start‑ups, preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs.

  • Help identify equipment problems and develop effective solutions under the guidance of experienced technicians.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and system optimization work to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

  • Follow established safety procedures while working in industrial environments, including confined spaces, elevated work areas, and high‑temperature conditions.

  • Complete work orders, service documentation, and reporting accurately using company software and mobile devices.

  • Communicate professionally with customers and collaborate with technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Travel daily to customer sites throughout the region, with occasional overnight travel as needed.

  • As experience and capabilities develop, take on increasingly independent service responsibilities and participate in the on‑call rotation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to read and interpret basic technical instructions, diagrams, or equipment documentation.

  • Commitment to safe work practices in industrial environments.

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn from experienced technicians.

  • Dependability, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the region.
