Delval Equipment is seeking a Welder/Mechanic to perform welding on piping and boiler vessels and provide mechanical maintenance for critical facilities across hospitals, schools, and industrial sites. You will travel regionally to customer sites and work both independently and with a team, ensuring safety and uptime.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of pipe or vessel welding experience, reads blueprints, and can operate MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
As a Welder/Mechanic at Delval Equipment, you’ll perform code welding, mechanical repairs, and preventive maintenance on high-pressure and low-pressure boiler systems for hospitals, schools, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and industrial facilities. This role is built for someone with hands‑on pipe and vessel welding experience who takes safety seriously and can work effectively both independently and as part of a field team. We are hiring for all locations in the Mid‑Atlantic: Valley Forge, Lebanon, and Washington, PA, and Sykesville and Easton, MD.
Become an Expert. You’ll develop advanced welding and mechanical skills working on complex, mission‑critical systems, backed by one of the most experienced boiler teams in the industry.
Solve Real Problems. Every job is different. You’ll work through real technical challenges — diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and keeping systems running for facilities that depend on uptime every day.
Build a Long‑Term Career. Delval invests in the people who invest in the work — through structured training, manufacturer programs, and mentorship from experienced colleagues.
