• Knowledge of maintenance standards for food-grade manufacturing.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in maintenance teams.
• KO KORE and ISO quality standards in a beverage environment.
• SAP preventive maintenance module experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety requirements.

• Supervises routine and preventive maintenance on all production and building equipment.
• Implements and schedules a preventive maintenance system.
• Plans and coordinates equipment rebuilds and overhauls.
• Budgets, recommends and controls expense budgets; CAPEX recommendations.
• Supervises maintenance staff; hires, directs, and conducts appraisals.
• Provides feedback and motivation; delegates with clear goals.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
