Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Lead Finance Business Partner for the Fruitland plant. You will serve as a strategic advisor, delivering rigorous analysis to optimize cost, profitability, and plant performance while leading cross-functional continuous improvement efforts.

Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, Manufacturing, you will drive productivity gains, manage internal controls, and enable fast, informed decision-making across production, quality, safety, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field.
• 6+ years in a finance or accounting role, with manufacturing experience preferred.
• 4+ years in management or leadership roles.
• Comfortable in a high-speed, dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Experience building financial acumen across diverse teams.
• Proficient with Power BI and Microsoft Office; experience with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Drives process excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness through operational excellence and KPI insights.
• Leads business planning and forecasting to improve productivity.
• Finance leader in functional and regional management routines.
• Partner with management to develop objectives and key results.
