Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Manufacturing Line Manager to lead a high-performing production line dedicated to world-class beverage manufacturing. You will ensure safety, quality, and reliability while driving continuous improvement across shifts and teams.

The role requires coordination with line leadership to develop plans, allocate resources, coach staff, and maintain robust maintenance and capital plans.

Qualifications

Leadership and people-management experience.
Strong data analytics and KPI knowledge for manufacturing systems.
Ability to drive continuous improvement in a 24/7 operation.
Experience in beverage production or comparable industries welcome.

Responsibilities

Manage 24-hour accountability for safety, quality, production, delivery, cost and morale.
Lead DDS (Daily Direction Settings) meetings and coach team leaders.
Execute 90-day loss-elimination plans using IWS tools and the maintenance plan.
Develop and coach direct reports to build a high-performing team.
Maintain safety and quality standards and drive annual maintenance planning.
