Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA in Fruitland, ID is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability programs for production facilities. You will supervise maintenance staff, manage budgets, and coordinate major rebuilds to keep machinery safe and productive.

The role requires a strong background in manufacturing engineering, 4+ years of leadership, and knowledge of SAP PM and ISO/KORE standards to ensure food-grade quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field required.
• High School Diploma (or GED) additional experience required.
• Strong understanding of plant production systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, water handling, mechanical, automation etc.
• Strong knowledge of industry maintenance standards for manufacturing of food grade products.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in managing teams of Maintenance associates required.
• KO KORE and ISO quality standards in a soft drink environment.
• SAP preventive maintenance module.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for the effective and efficient performance of all maintenance related functions.
• Supervises routine and preventive maintenance on all production and building equipment.
• Plans and coordinates equipment rebuilds and overhauls.
• Provides leadership and motivation to staff through effective delegation, goal setting and communication.
• Ensures compliance with Company policies, safety regulations, and Swire Mission Statement and Core values.
• Maintains accurate departmental, equipment, and budget records.
