Job summary

GFiber's Controllership team is hiring a senior accounting leader who owns ASC 360 PP&E and ASC 842 lease accounting, from capitalization through close, disclosures and audits. You’ll manage the SAP footprint (FI-AA, PS, MM) and ensure accurate capitalization and tax locations.

You will build data and reporting pipelines, partner with FP&A, Operations, and Tax on forecasting, and mentor a growing team. Requires CPA/CA, 10 years in capital-intensive accounting, 5 years people management, and US

Qualifications

• CPA or CA certification required.
• 10 years of progressive accounting in capital-intensive industries.
• 5 years of direct people management.
• 2 years operating SAP Asset Accounting (FI-AA), PS, MM.
• 5 years owning month-end close and external audits under US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own ASC 360 PP&E and ASC 842 lease accounting from capitalization to close.
• Maintain SAP FI-AA, PS and MM for accurate capitalization and reporting.
• Build data and reporting pipelines with SQL/BigQuery.
• Mentor and develop the Controllership team.
