Fincantieri Marine Systems North America is seeking a CapEx Facility Project Manager for our Jacksonville ship repair facility. You will plan, coordinate, and execute complex multi-million dollar capital projects, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong PM skills, financial oversight, and adherence to safety policies, with potential domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; 8+ years PM experience.
Experience managing CapEx projects and facility infrastructure.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and EVM skills.
Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Project & Excel.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Manage capital projects from scope through close-out, ensuring schedule and budget compliance.
Develop and maintain project plans, permits, and vendor coordination across concurrent projects.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, risks, change orders, and provide weekly progress reports.
Oversee regulatory compliance and stakeholder communications to minimize disruptions.
