Fincantieri Marine Systems North America is hiring a CapEx Facility Project Manager for a state-of-the-art ship repair facility. You will plan, coordinate, and execute multi-million dollar capital contracts, manage budgets and schedules, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely and on time.

The role requires strong PM, budgeting, and communication skills, with experience in facility infrastructure and construction environments. Domestic/international travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 8 years of project management experience; infrastructure operations, contracting or industrial construction preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings; strong MS Office skills including MS Project and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage capital projects from scope development and budgeting through execution, commissioning, and close out, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans, permits, and coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal departments across concurrent projects.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, risks, change orders, and deliver weekly progress reports to executives.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and stakeholder communications, minimizing disruptions to ship repair operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
